- 1 part Midori® Melon Liqueur
- 1 part gin
- ½ part lemon juice
- ½ part maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 6 honeydew melon balls
- Soda water
method
Muddle melon then add remaining ingredients and shake very well. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a slice of melon.
